• Juniper green wriggly tins.
• Black wriggly tin curved roof sheets.
• Sheep wool insulation.
• Four oak windows- three openers.
• Steel chassis with cast iron wheels.
• Oak stable door on side of hut including leather door strap.
• Oak steps with handrail.
• Engineered oak flooring.
• Hand painted interior finish with Farrow and Ball Dimiti.
• 16-amp electrical package comprising of three brass double sockets, brass light switches, brass centre ceiling light, bulkhead exterior light.
• An oak rock and roll bed (a seat that opens out into a double bed)
• A fold away oak table.
• An oak dresser with shelving.
• A Carron electric roll top radiator in Farrow and Ball
Mole’s breath.
• Curtain poles and tie backs.
£27,400 plus VAT (at 20%)
Delivery of the shepherd’s hut is an additional cost; this is dependent on location and siting of your shepherd’s hut.
